Mobile Messaging Privacy

LumaCore Design is committed to protecting your privacy. This section addresses our practices regarding mobile messaging (SMS):

  • Information Collection: We collect your phone number only when you explicitly provide it to us via our authenticated dashboard or contact forms.
  • Use of Information: Your mobile number is used exclusively for automated alerts regarding new leads, project updates, and direct support inquiries related to your services with LumaCore Design.
  • No Sharing with Third Parties: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for SEO/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
  • Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or number provided. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

Facebook and Instagram Data (Social Media Clients)

This section applies only to clients who purchase a LumaCore Design social media package. If you have not purchased a social media package, we do not connect to, access, or collect any data from your Facebook or Instagram accounts.

  • How Access Is Granted: As part of a social media package, you give LumaCore Design partner access to your Facebook Page and connected Instagram professional account, either in Meta's business settings or by approving our connection link with Facebook Login. You remain the owner of your accounts at all times.
  • Information We Receive: Your Page and Instagram account details (name, username, profile picture, and account ID), the posts published on those accounts, aggregated performance statistics such as followers, reach, views, and engagement, and the access tokens Meta issues to LumaCore Design. We never receive your Facebook or Instagram password.
  • How We Use It: Only to deliver your social media package: creating and publishing the content you approve, and reporting your results in your LumaCore client dashboard and in analytics emails sent to you.
  • No Selling or Advertising Use: We do not sell this data, use it to advertise to you, or share it with third parties, except service providers that host and secure our systems on our behalf.
  • Security: Access tokens are stored encrypted, and only LumaCore Design staff working on your account can view your social media data.

Removing Access and Deleting Your Data

You can remove LumaCore Design's access at any time. On Facebook, open your Page settings and remove LumaCore Design under Page access or Partners. If you connected through our link, you can also remove the LumaCore Dashboard app under Settings, then Apps and websites.

To have us delete the Facebook and Instagram data we hold, email logan@lumacoredesign.com with the subject "Social data deletion" and the Page or Instagram account it concerns. We delete stored access tokens, posts, and statistics within 30 days of your request, or within 30 days after your social media package ends.
