By accessing and using LumaCore Design's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Services

LumaCore Design provides web design and development services, including but not limited to custom website design, mobile optimization, SEO services, and ongoing maintenance.

Payment Terms

Specific payment terms, including deposits, billing cycles, and payment schedules, are outlined in each client's individual service agreement.

Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights, including ownership of deliverables and portfolio usage rights, are governed by the terms specified in your individual service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Limitations of liability and responsibility regarding our services are outlined in your individual service agreement.

SMS Communications

LumaCore Design offers SMS communication to provide project updates, account alerts, and customer support. By opting in, you agree to the following:

• Consent: By providing your phone number on our contact forms and checking the opt-in box, you explicitly consent to receive automated and non-automated text messages from LumaCore Design LLC.
• Opt-Out: You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message you receive from us. Upon receiving your "STOP" message, we will send one final confirmation message. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
• Rates & Frequency: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and active project status.
• Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at logan@lumacoredesign.com.
• Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
